Our "Atlas Four" EP is now available for purchase. Help yourself to a preview of our album, featuring Kyle Asche and Thad Franklin.
People who've had an early listen to the original music have dubbed it "Chicago-style, creative modern" jazz, but we call it a healthy dose of simple, happy pop.

The quartet is made up of Matt Ray on piano, Matt Ulery on bass, Greg Wyser-Pratte on drums, and Eunice Yi on vocals. Ray is based in NYC, the rest of us in Chicago.
Matt Ray
Matt's been a fixture on the New York jazz scene for more than a decade, performing at just about every venue in town including Smoke, the Jazz Standard, Birdland, the Blue Note, and Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola. For the past few years he’s been honing his trio concept at standard New York testing grounds such as Cleopatra’s Needle and Sofia's, and serving as a first-call pianist to dozens of New York’s most demanding artists. His recent album, "Lost in New York," has been a mainstay on the jazz charts lately. More about Matt at mattraymusic.com.
Matt Ulery
Matt appears regularly at such venues as the Green Mill, Velvet Lounge, Jazz Showcase, Hothouse, Katerina's, and many more locations in the Chicago area when not touring parts of the U.S. and Europe. Ulery is currently a member of Eastern Blok (formaly the Goran Ivanovic Group), Grazyna Auguscik Quintet, and his own group, the Matt Ulery Quintet, for which he composes the entire repertoire. His dreamy debut album, "Music Box Ballerina," hit shelves recently. More about Matt at mattulery.com.
Greg Wyser-Pratte
Greg works as a freelance drummer with an ever-expanding list of jazz greats at the area’s major clubs. He has shared the stage with luminaries Ira Sullivan, John Campbell, Jodie Christian, Ron Perrillo, Judy Roberts, Bobby Broom, Kimberly Gordon, Hinda Hoffman and The Chicago Jazz Orchestra to name just a few. More about Greg at his keynote project, the Dan Cray Trio, or at his personal website.
Eunice Yi
I've been playing classical piano since I was eight, but nothing serious. I sang some when I was a kid and a lot more in college, but nothing serious. I've always loved jazz, and it is serious. So here I am. Starting about seven years ago, I've been involved in a few projects, including a standards-only duo project with bassist Jeffrey Kipnis, but this quartet is a lovely thing that's bursting with great promise. I'm looking forward to growing with all three of them.
